Common questions
How do I restore my All Access purchase?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
I had the app before the update. Why is everything unlocked?
Because it's yours. Everyone who had the app before version 1.1.1 keeps the whole library, free, for good — the app says so the first time you open it after updating. New installs get seven open days, then the free shelf: Thomas, Mary, and Thunder.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone, and only there. The app has no account and never uploads your highlights, notes, or progress, so they exist on your device alone. It goes online only through Google Play — for app updates, the price of All Access, the check that you own it, and the one review request Google Play may show you — and, if you pick a voice marked “online” in Settings, the passage being read aloud goes to your phone's own speech service. Copy your highlights and notes out of the app with Settings → Export highlights & notes. Deleting the app deletes its data — none of it exists anywhere else.
A text seems wrong or is missing a section.
Check the text's overview page first — many of these manuscripts are genuinely fragmentary, and what looks like a missing passage is often a real gap in the papyrus, which we mark rather than fill. On this site an asterisk follows every gap, and a note under the passage says why. If you've found an actual error, tell us: corrections make the library better and we credit fixes in update notes. Our rules are on the Sources & Standards page.
When do new texts arrive?
The roadmap is public — in the app's Library screen and on the texts page. All Access owners get every future text at no extra cost.
